Social Media Growth Internship (Clipping & Community Ops)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Internship (3–6 months)

Hours: 8 hrs/week

About the Role

We’re hiring driven, entrepreneurial interns to help scale our social media growth engine. This role focuses on building and scaling a network of content clippers, managing online communities, and executing viral campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, and messaging platforms. This is not a typical internship — we want hustlers who think like founders, take initiative, and build systems that drive results.

What You’ll Do

• Source and onboard content clippers
• Manage and organize clipper networks
• Build and activate Telegram/WhatsApp groups
• Monitor Discord channels and surface issues
• Coordinate with team and developers to resolve problems
• Execute viral campaigns and keep clippers engaged and active

Open Roles

Clipper Sourcer (1–2 Roles)

• Have a large/influential Instagram or TikTok account
• Understand clipping (or have experience)
• Proactive, driven, strong at outreach and closing people
• Funnel leads into Telegram, Discord, or WhatsApp efficiently

Clipper Organizer

• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Track clippers and match them to campaigns
• Proficient in Discord
• Strong with Google Sheets/Excel
• Manage and maintain all contact info (Telegram, phone, etc.)

Activation Coordinator

• Build and manage Telegram/WhatsApp groups
• Keep clippers active, engaged, and ready for campaigns
• Strong communicator (1:1 + group)
• Ensure consistent activation and participation

Issue Monitor & Developer Liaison

• Monitor Discord for issues and support requests
• Coordinate with team + developers to resolve problems
• Keep operations running smoothly
• Highly responsive and detail-oriented
