We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Producer to support the execution of best-in-class creative across campaigns, e-commerce, and brand storytelling initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and is excited to bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful, efficient production.
We are seeking a highly organized and creatively driven Creative Producer to support the execution of best-in-class creative across campaigns, e-commerce, and brand storytelling initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for visual storytelling, and is excited to bring creative concepts to life through thoughtful, efficient production.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end production across campaigns, e-commerce, and branded content from concept through final delivery
- Translate creative direction into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining brand standards
- Drive in art buying efforts, including sourcing and coordinating photographers, directors, stylists, and external partners
- Coordinate with legal and production leadership to support contract execution, ensuring clarity on scope, usage, and deliverables
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, tracking timelines, budgets, and production workflows
- Own budget tracking and cost management to ensure efficient use of resources
- Execute day-to-day production responsibilities including scheduling, call sheets, crew coordination, and on-set support
- Manage with on-location production logistics, including travel coordination, permitting, and vendor management
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and digital teams to ensure cohesive execution across all channels
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, retouching, versioning, and asset delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with creative partners and vendors while helping to identify new talent
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time, on brief, and optimized for multi-channel distribution (e-commerce, social, and paid media)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 5-6 years of experience in creative production within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Experience supporting still and/or motion production, with exposure to on-set environments
- Strong background with art buying and talent/vendor coordination
- Basic understanding of contracts, usage rights, and production agreements
- Experience managing timelines and budgets across multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of production and post-production workflows
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Compensation: $140,000 - $150,000 / year
