The Site Merchandising Manager plays a key role in driving the commercial performance,
merchandising strategy, and digital experience of SKIMS.
This role blends the art and science of merchandising—pairing customer intuition and brand
storytelling with data, testing, and structure. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand
Marketing, Merchandising, Product, and Analytics to build scalable site foundations that support
growth, conversion, and ensure customers can easily discover, understand, and shop our
product assortment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute directly to the commercial performance, merchandising strategy, and digital
- experience of SKIMS.
- Develop site merchandising strategies that support product launches, seasonal
- moments, and key business priorities
- Use data, testing, and experimentation to optimize the on-site experience and inform
- assortment, storytelling, and merchandising decisions.
- Own and optimize internal search experiences, including search relevance, result
- ordering, filters, and merchandising rules
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Creative teams to ensure site experience
- reflects assortment strategy and availability, while supporting brand storytelling
- Own core ecommerce KPIs related to on-site conversion, AOV, sell-through, and product
- performance, with accountability for translating results into action
- Work with internal and external partners to continuously improve processes, execution,
- and site standards while elevating the SKIMS brand experience
- Provide occasional early-morning or late-night support during major launches, site
- updates, or time-sensitive business needs
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 3–5 years of experience in merchandising, e-commerce, or digital experience.
- Strong understanding of online merchandising best practices, UX, and digital customer
- journeys.
- Experience merchandising large assortments and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Highly analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Experience working with internal search tools
- Proficient in merchandising and ecommerce analytics

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 / year
