We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative, and are looking for a senior planning manager to join us in building the next generation of intimates.
As a Senior Planning Manager, you are responsible for managing inventory, planning and forecasting for high-growth, complex merchandise categories across the SKIMS brand. Creativity and agility will be paramount as you identify ecommerce, wholesale and retail trends and synthesize information from multiple touch points – providing financial plans and supporting business solutions in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization (Category Management, Site Merchandising, Finance, Marketing) to develop category financial plans and budgets
· Provide direction, review and approval of demand plans/inventory strategies and portfolio for category.
· Evaluate and modify work processes to ensure inventory purchases meet demand for strategic category sales
· Oversee analyses, risk assessment and modeling on inventory plans and business trends
· Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects
· Ensures business needs are being met
· Reviews and approve annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales, profit and inventory projections to ensure key financial metrics on the P&L statement and balance sheet are met for each category
· Develop key metrics for other category teams
· Prepare financial analyses and reports to understand and explain business trends and performance
· Prepare risk and opportunity analysis
· Model, analyze, and evaluate impact of key variables (e.g., shipping promotions, rollbacks, seasonal campaigns) on business performance.
· Lead the development of category financial plans and budgets to support strategic plans
· Manage forecast meetings and processes and decision making for a highly complex category
· Develops, reviews and approves forecast plans for category
· Reviews and makes recommendations on vendor/seller forecasts to ensure alignment to category and overall eCommerce business strategies
· Provide direction, review and approval of orders for the category
· Identify criteria for assortment, pricing and shipping decisions for category
· Develop purchasing recommendations for category management counterparts
· Build and lead a team to execute on business area or category objectives
· Coach team members and provide feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance
· Have performance and career development conversations
· Maintain team motivation and engagement
· Mentors Planners
· Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
· Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
· 10+ years of experience in finance, inventory replenishment, category management, site merchandising, pricing or related area.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 / year
