We’re looking for a Planner, Franchise Stores to join our team and help drive global expansion with precision, creativity, and data-driven insight.
The Role
The Planner, Franchise Stores will be responsible for building and executing assortment, inventory, and financial plans to support SKIMS’ global franchise business. This role will partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Finance, and Franchise Partners to optimize sales, margin, and inventory productivity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and is passionate about driving business results through strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain seasonal OTB (open-to-buy) and inventory plans for franchise stores across global markets.
- Partner with Merchandising to ensure assortments meet regional consumer needs while aligning with SKIMS’ brand vision.
- Collaborate with Franchise Partners to forecast sales and manage inventory replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sell-through, size selling, and product performance to influence future assortment and allocation strategies.
- Support development of pricing, promotion, and markdown strategies tailored to regional franchise markets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on franchise business performance and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Production to align inventory flow with franchise demand and launch timelines.
- Prepare reporting and analysis for senior leadership and Franchise Partner meetings.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
- 4+ years of planning, allocation, or inventory management experience; international or franchise experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
- Experience managing OTB, forecasting, and inventory optimization in a retail environment.
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 / year
