Back of House Team Member (Part Time)

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll help ensure the store runs smoothly behind the scenes. From managing inventory to keeping the stockroom organized, you’ll play a key role in supporting both store operations and the customer experience. This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a team.
Your Day to Day:
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Organize and maintain the stockroom so that it's clean, efficient, and compliant with safety standards
- Replenish product on the sales floor as needed
- Support inventory accuracy by handling damages, returns, and oversee the product lifecycle
- Communicate product issues or restocking needs to store leadership
- Assist with inventory counts and help maintain size integrity on the floor
- Work across different zones and support front-of-house during peak times
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention
- Stay on task, take initiative, and contribute to a positive team environment
- Take on opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency and high energy. Show pride in your work and takes ownership of your own performance.
- Foster emotional and social connection within the store environment and community, while recognizing the value that different perspectives bring.
- Take accountability for how you present yourself and manage your emotions in order to create a positive environment for yourself and others.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail, inventory, or stock-related roles is a plus
- A strong work ethic and sense of ownership
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- A team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

What is expected of you:
- Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
- Have a minimum of 12 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
- Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
