Key Responsibilities

• You will coordinate daily logistical operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods, resolving any issues that arise during transit.
• You will assist in monitoring compliance with all regulatory requirements related to shipping, handling, and transportation of products to Bonded and Non-Bonded facilities.
• You'll track shipments in real-time, providing updates to relevant stakeholders and addressing any delays or discrepancies immediately.
• You will be validating import/export documentation ensuring all required customs information is correct and compliant with EU customs
• We require you to prepare and analyze logistics reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
• You are expected to assist in the design and implementation of strategic plans to enhance our supply chain efficiency and sustainability.
• You will be responsible for data entry and filing within our ERP Netsuite to ensure accurate logistics and freight information is stored
• You will be working with oversea Suppliers to ensure cargo is handed in on time and documentations are correct, along with providing guidance and feedback on any issues
• You will be working with nominated Freight Forwarders to confirm bookings along withtrack & trace for on time delivery
• You will work with internal cross functional teams to coordinate and provide updates on all active & in transit Purchase Orders
• Support any ad-hoc projects or requests

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• This is a hybrid role to report onsite a minimum of 3 days a week at our London location
• Experience with Netsuite is preferred
• Experience with a Bonded facility is preferred
• At least 2 years’ experience with freight forwarders and parcel service carriers
• Experience within the retail space is ideal
• Familiarity with retail launch calendars is highly preferred
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred in business, international relations, supply chain, or a similar field.
• Must have a positive and collaborative attitude
• Experience with start-ups is preferred
