About the role:

The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate bottoms-up demand forecasts to support supply chain, sales, and financial planning. This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Digital, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align on demand assumptions, analyze trends, and ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer needs while minimizing excess and obsolescence.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts at the SKU, channel level using statistical models, historical data, and channel input.
  • Analyze historical sales trends, market trends, promotional activity, new product launches, and seasonality to refine forecast accuracy.
  • Partner with Supply Planning to balance demand and supply, ensuring adequate inventory while avoiding stockouts and overstock.
  • Provide insights into risks and opportunities, supporting scenario planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain and enhance demand planning tools and systems (experience in NetStock, PBCS, and NetSuite is a plus)
  • Support product lifecycle management, including new product introductions, phase-outs, and end-of-life transitions.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning (CPG or retail industry preferred)
  • We ask questions to find the best answers – ability to collaborate internally and externally with various stakeholders to develop the strongest, most accurate demand plans
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace, high-growth environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP/MRP and demand planning software a plus (NetSuite, Oracle PBCS, NetStock)
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Annual Base Salary Range is $95,000 - 105,000 (based on experience) + potential for yearly bonus
