NUDESTIX is currently looking for an strategic, creative, and results-driven leader to fill the role of Global Director, Omni Channel Marketing. Based in Toronto, Canada you will spearhead the Trade Marketing Team, lead all omni channel marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence globally.

Specific Accountabilities:
- You’ll lead and manage the Nudestix Digital Retail marketing team through activations and strategy. To ensure everyone is setup for success on all retail digital retailer accounts.
- Oversee the ecommerce setup on retailer platforms and channels to bring best-in-class optimized content
- Develop and execute 360° digital marketing plans, leveraging insights and market trends to drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and maximize ROI across all digital channels.
- Forge strong partnerships with retailer e-commerce and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on campaigns, new product launches, and strategic initiatives while establishing clear performance metrics.
- Lead the development of digital marketing activity calendars tailored to each retailer/Pure player, optimizing promotional opportunities and driving engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including: Creative, Social, PR & ECOM.
- Oversee digital sampling programs, loyalty initiatives, to nurture customer relationships and drive loyalty in customers.
- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sell-out data and revenue metrics, iteratively adjusting digital strategies to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
- Partner with the internal social media team to amplify brand presence and drive traffic on retailer platforms, leveraging social takeover opportunities and launch campaigns.
- Negotiate for ongoing visibility and support on retailer platforms, strategically positioning NUDESTIX to maximize exposure and drive conversions.
- Liaise with sales team to deliver effective experiential marketing plans, develop engaging promotions and Omnichannel strategies to engage consumers with the brand and build brand awareness at different regions.
- Assume accountability for sales forecasting and budget allocation per retailer, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and financial targets.
- Work with creative team to create and optimize assets for products pages, update of brand space and each e-retailers social media platforms
- Build marketing strategy and manage marketing budget for global markets
- Assists in identifying, developing and recommending annual consumer and customer promotional plans that will help grow brand sales, market share, awareness and profits across assigned markets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing/Ecommerce Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful online shopping experiences and driving revenue growth
- Deep understanding of digital and social media landscape, particularly within the beauty e-retailers realm
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to lead a team and inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Digitally savvy: uses digital and social media, knowledge of beauty e-retailers world
- Self-starter, able to work in a start-up, capable of taking initiative to identify & resolve problems
- Strong time management skills, deadline oriented and results driven, thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Knowledge/acumen of Social media platforms is preferable.
