The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative Senior Graphic Designer, Digital who can take ideas and from concept to reality across multiple digital platforms. Our ideal candidate will have excellent inherent eye for design, expert knowledge of current design software and skilled in every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams at Nudestix, the Senior Graphic Designer, Digital should be able to take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them into design that resonates. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of UX/UI, Web Design, Typography, Branding, Digital Art Direction and marketing, with the ability to vary style and layouts depending on the project. This role will report directly to the Creative Director.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, manage and execute the creative stages of iterative design process ensuring alignment and delivery of drafts and revisions as per deadlines
  • Build, refine and maintain digital design systems, templates, grids, and layouts that reflect the Nudestix brand voice across digital and e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize innate and developed understanding of design, typography and brand to execute high quality design aesthetically pleasing and on-brand design solutions
  • Craft immersive, user-friendly digital experiences, including but not limited to websites, landing pages, email campaigns, digital banners, ads as well as other digital initiatives, to support digital retail objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, digital) to ensure a seamless and consistent brand execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Translate strategic goals into creative digital design solutions that prioritize innovation, performance, brand vision, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering elevated, on brand work in accordance with deadlines
  • Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and concepts to elevate the user experience and aesthetic appeal of Nudestix’s digital assets.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of cross-functional and design processes by identifying gaps and offering feasible solutions for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and Social Creative lead on cross functional digital creative assets ensuring consistency in both aesthetic, and quality as well as alignment with direction from creative director and executive brand team
  • Enhance and maintain Nudestix’s digital presence by building high quality digital brand experiences that are user-friendly, on-brand, on-trend and engaging.
  • Work closely with our Junior Digital Designer, external agencies and freelance partners to delegate and manage tasks, review work and provide feedback.
  • Design graphics and illustrations for digital and cross-functional omni-channel use that align with brand guidelines
  • Utilize advanced design capabilities, design tools and inherent aesthetic abilities to create, edit and adapt imagery on a case-by-case basis to achieve engaging, on brand visual assets for cross-functional omni-channel use
  • Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Managers on digital and e-commerce evolution and enhancement consistently offering solutions and suggestions
  • Help develop, organize and maintain creative asset management protocols and systems

Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or related field
  • MINIMUM 5+ years of web, digital and graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in designing for web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. Please provide a link to your website, ensuring the password is included if applicable. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite required (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Plus, the willingness and ability to adopt new tools as required.
  • Proficient grasp of UX/UI best practices, WCAG, ADA & AODA compliance considerations and how to apply them effectively in web, mobile and digital design contexts while balancing and keeping brand vision top of mind.
  • Expertise in fundamental design principles, including typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout techniques along with a natural elevated aesthetic ability
  • A strong opinion on design and aesthetics with the skillset to execute one’s own vision while taking into consideration stakeholder feedback and project goals
  • Skilled at iterating quickly and efficiently through multiple concepts, ensuring high-quality designs with attention to detail in both design and content, that align with project objectives and functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems that function seamlessly across various digital and non-digital platforms.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced collaborative environments, with both remote and in-person teams, and demonstrated ability in adapting to new tools and processes as needed.
  • Expertise in translating both written and verbal briefs into high quality deliverables.
  • Ability to take and incorporate stakeholder feedback
  • Ability to execute based on brand guidelines and in the absence thereof without hindrance of one’s creativity or compromise of deadlines
  • Understanding of web development principles, processes, with the ability to create design assets that developers can efficiently execute.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and core web development concepts (coding not required but understanding feasibility and technical constraints is crucial).
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members in-person or virtually.
  • A strong interest in beauty, fashion, social media as well as in design trends and emerging digital techniques
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoys contributing to team collaboration and positive creative environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills enabling thorough management of deadlines across multiple teams while maintaining thorough attention to detail as required in a fast
  • Video Editing & Motion Graphics experience considered a plus
  • Print Design experience considered a plus
