The Momofuku Goods Senior Manager, National Accounts will be responsible for leading key national retail accounts across the mass and conventional grocery channels, managing both distributor partnerships (KeHE, UNFI) and direct shipping agreements to drive profitable, long-term growth.

This is a strategic individual contributor role with high visibility and cross-functional responsibility. You’ll lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) efforts, develop detailed Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forecasts, and align with internal and external stakeholders through top-to-top meetings to advance customer partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial and analytical acumen, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

As Momofuku Goods continues to scale, this role is a key stepping stone toward future leadership of the Conventional Channel.

Salary Description: $132,000 - $145,000 annually + bonus + company stock options

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned national accounts within mass and conventional grocery (e.g., Target, Kroger, Meijer, Publix, Ahold banners)
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) and develop annual customer operating plans with volume, distribution, and promotional targets
  • Align on topline expectations and category goals through Integrated Business Planning (IBP), working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
  • Represent Momofuku in Top-to-Top meetings with key customers and broker partners to drive strategic alignment
  • Lead distributor relationship management (KeHE, UNFI), including pricing, inventory flow, new item set-up, and trade programs
  • Manage direct-to-retailer shipping programs, collaborating with Ops and Finance on costs, forecasts, and execution timelines
  • Analyze and report on performance using syndicated data (Nielsen, SPINS, IRI) and customer POS/portal systems
  • Execute trade spend planning, promotional ROI tracking, and post-event analytics
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure flawless execution on launches, resets, and promotional campaigns
  • Collaborate on innovation launch plans and readiness across customer-specific timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing national or large regional accounts in the grocery or mass retail CPG space
  • Proven success managing accounts like Target, Kroger, Publix, Meijer, Wakefern, Ahold, etc.
  • Experience managing both distributor-based (KeHE/UNFI) and direct-ship models
  • Deep familiarity with syndicated data platforms and ability to build data-driven selling stories
  • Strong forecasting and cross-functional planning skills (Sales, Finance, Ops
  • Ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel as needed to support key customer meetings and industry events

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience managing conventional or mass retail accounts at a high-growth CPG brand
  • Prior ownership of full P&L, forecasting, and JBP cycles
  • Experience leading Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or participation in S&OP planning cycles
  • Background in premium grocery, global flavors, or emerging brand categories
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
