Position Summary

We're seeking a highly self-motivated, analytical, and collaborative Sr. Manager, Supply Planning to join our dynamic Operations team. This person will support all aspects of supply plans including inventory planning, procurement, and production. This role will report to Operations.

The Sr. Manager, Supply Planning will lead supply planning efforts to facilitate all necessary purchases supporting production and inventory management. They will partner closely with Operations and collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Finance, Product Development, Logistics and the Marketing teams, having significant interactions with our co-manufacturers and material suppliers. The role also interacts heavily with senior management.

This is a fully remote position but must be based out of CT, NJ, or NY. The compensation range is $125,000 - $150,000 annually.

The Impact You'll Make

• Build adequate inventory weeks of supply (WOS) and manage all inventory levels, including components, raw materials and packaging to make sure that sufficient safety stock is held including all inputs to product manufacturing.
• Develop monthly SKU Supply Plan based on the unit forecasts passed by demand planning to develop purchasing for all raw material inputs into production.
• Work directly with co-manufacturers to guarantee timely delivery of goods and production cycles in adherence with business agreements.
• Factor in MOQ's / price breaks / lead times into proposed PO placements
• Collaborate with Finance to propose PO placements based on manufacturing and shipping lead times.
• Provide input into Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) on inventory on hand, aged inventory, weeks of stocks target, and new product innovation inputs.
• Partner with Operations team to ensure suppliers and CM's ship on time
• Be the conduit between packaging and design and suppliers to make sure that valid artwork is used in conjunction with each production.
• Manage Item / Assembly / BOM setups in Netsuite
• Create PO's in Netsuite and own the submission process of PO's to suppliers and contract manufacturers

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-10 years of experience in supply planning, analytics, or other business operations function.
• Experience supply planning in prestige beauty strongly preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment strongly preferred
• Strong technical proficiency with Excel, Office 365, and Gsuite
• Expert in using NetSuite, Shopify and Warehouse management tools.
• Experience with S&OP strongly preferred.
• Strong spreadsheet and data analysis and management including modeling.
• Demonstrates ability to multitask effectively while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive cross-functional consensus.
• Articulate verbal communication, professional business writing and presentation skills.
