The CRM Manager reports into the CRM Director and will own all planning and execution of the CRM calendar including Email and SMS campaigns and automations, segmentation and performance reporting. Goals include engaging customers with targeted messages across their lifecycle stages to meet or exceed revenue goals and increase conversion rates, AOV and customer lifetime value.
Responsibilities
- Ownership over the Email and SMS calendar including calculating daily revenue goals, and planning campaigns and segmentation to meet those goals.
- Ownership over the operation and maintenance of all automated lifecycle campaigns such as Welcome Series, Cart Abandon, Cross-Sell, Winback, etc.
- Lead weekly and monthly meetings to get alignment on the calendar and creative from cross-functional parties such as Merchandising, Creative, Planning, etc. The goal is to create effective, on-brand marketing campaigns that support business goals
- Come up with impactful A/B testing ideas to continually optimize blast campaigns and automated campaigns, execute those tests and analyze test results.
- Own all aspects of email & SMS operations including creating, coding, QA testing, segment creation and deployment activities in Klaviyo, our Email Service Provider (ESP). Lead external freelance resources to assist with workload when needed. No HTML nor SQL needed, but some coding logic required and drag-and-drop segmentation.
- Maintain email and SMS sign-up forms and test as needed to ensure they function properly and sign-up data feeds correctly into our ESP.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly reporting to cross-functional groups about Email and SMS channel KPIs.
- Responsibilities for execution and maintenance of customer loyalty program.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience building email campaigns and creating segments in a drag-and-drop tool. Experience with enterprise-level ESP required, experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
- Experience A/B testing Email or SMS campaigns
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Junior-to-intermediate Excel skills and analytical abilities.
