Crew Member – Blaze Pizza Durham

Blaze Pizza in Durham is hiring friendly, reliable Crew Members to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with guests, has a positive attitude, and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.

Pay: $11.00–$14.00 per hour, plus a guaranteed $3.00 per hour in tips added directly to your paycheck.

About the Role

As a Crew Member, you will help create a fast, fun, and welcoming experience for every guest. You may assist with greeting customers, taking orders, preparing pizzas, operating the register, keeping the restaurant clean, and supporting your teammates during each shift.

Responsibilities

· Provide excellent customer service with a friendly smile and positive attitude.

· Take guest orders accurately and help create a welcoming restaurant experience.

· Prepare food, build pizzas, and support kitchen operations as needed.

· Operate the register and handle customer transactions when assigned.

· Keep work areas, dining areas, and restrooms clean and organized.

· Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

· Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

· Great customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.

· Reliable transportation to and from work.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

· Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

· Food service or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
