Shift Leader Blaze Pizza (Durham, NC)

Blaze Pizza in Durham is hiring Shift Leaders who have experience managing a shift, supporting a team, and delivering great guest service. If you can stay calm during rushes and keep a positive attitude.

Pay

• $13-$16/hour (based on experience)
• Plus, a $3/hour tip guarantee

What You’ll Do

• Lead the shift by setting the pace, assigning stations, and keeping the team on track
• Deliver friendly, fast service and resolve guest concerns professionally
• Support training and coaching to maintain strong food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Handle busy rush periods with calm, clear communication and a positive attitude
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and basic cash/POS responsibilities as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Shift leader/supervisor experience in a fast-paced restaurant (preferred)
• Strong customer service skills and comfort handling guest issues
• Ability to stay organized and upbeat during high-volume times
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling basic cash procedures

Schedule

Flexible scheduling available. Ability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
