Shift Leader/Manager

We’re looking for a Shift Manager to control and oversee operations in a restaurant. You should have excellent leadership skills and be able to handle stressful situations. Your role will be to ensure that all employees follow proper health and safety regulations, as well as handling customer inquiries. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate clearly with your staff and be good at dealing with deadlines. The Shift Manager will also monitor operations, like food costs and inventory management. Ultimately, you should be responsible for managing the safety and security of our customers' experience at our restaurant. The shift manager should also handle employee issues and resolve customer feedback.

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
