Job Title: Crew Member

Location: Blaze Pizza – Garner, NC

Pay: $10–$12/hour (based on experience) + $3/hour guaranteed tips

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule: Nights and weekends available are required

About the Role

We’re hiring friendly, dependable Crew Members to join our team at Blaze Pizza in Garner. If you enjoy working with people and can keep a great attitude in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming experience
• Take orders, cashier, and help guests through the line
• Prepare food quickly and accurately (pizzas, salads, etc.)
• Keep the kitchen and dining area clean, stocked, and organized
• Work as a team to keep service running smoothly during busy hours

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [X] lbs

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Restaurant, fast-casual, or customer service experience
• Comfort working evenings and weekends
