Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the highest standards of food quality and cleanliness. Wages Earn a potential $1-$2 in tips per hour.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for order processing and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Basic culinary skills with an understanding of food preparation techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is advantageous.
• Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
