Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining or shopping experience
• Prepare food items efficiently following safety and sanitation standards, including basic food preparation tasks
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for orders, payments, and refunds
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell menu items or products to increase sales and promote special offers effectively
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety standards are met
• Assist with food safety practices like proper food handling, sanitation, and adhering to health regulations
• Support team members in various tasks such as stocking supplies, food prep, or assisting in the kitchen or retail areas

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy are essential
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and positive communication style
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently
• Experience in cashiering, serving, or food industry roles is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices is highly valued
