District Manager (Multi-Unit Restaurant)

SRG Management Company is seeking a results-driven District Manager to oversee 4 high-volume restaurant locations (1

Blaze Pizza & 3 Charleys Cheesesteaks). This leader will drive operational excellence, develop strong teams, and deliver consistent financial performance across all locations.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support General Managers across 4 locations
• Drive performance in sales, labor, food cost, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all stores operate at high standards for speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
• Analyze P&Ls and implement action plans to improve results
• Hire, train, and develop high-performing teams
• Build a strong bench of future leaders
• Execute local store marketing, catering, and fundraising initiatives
• Ensure all locations pass health, Steritech, and brand inspections
• Maintain a strong, positive culture focused on accountability and respect

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor management, and food cost control
• Proven leader who can coach, develop, and hold teams accountable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
• Annual bonus based on performance
