Blaze Pizza Durham – Now Hiring Crew Members!

Are you energetic, friendly, and ready to join a fast-paced team? Blaze Pizza Durham is looking for crew members to help us deliver exceptional guest experiences and delicious, fast-fired pizzas!

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly wage: $10–$12 per hour
• Plus: $3 per hour guaranteed in tips (credit card tips paid by us if the tip rate drops below $3/hr)
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time and part-time positions available

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Background check required
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety standards
• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders with a smile
• Prepare and fire pizzas to company standards
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support your teammates to ensure smooth restaurant operations

How Tips Work:

• Tips are pooled and distributed based on hours worked
• Credit card tips are guaranteed at $3/hr minimum, paid by Blaze Pizza if the tip rate drops below this amount
