Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and promptly.
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling pizza toppings, and setting up workstations for the culinary team.
• Support the pizza-making process by preparing dough, managing toppings, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Uphold food safety and handling protocols in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for guests.
• Help with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to maintain a welcoming environment for customers.
• Contribute to catering and banquet setups by preparing ingredients and assisting with large-scale food service events.
• Support overall kitchen cleanliness through regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, cleaning standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues during busy shifts.
• Experience in culinary environments such as kitchens, hotels, or catering services is a plus.
• Knowledge of bussing, serving, cooking, and general food preparation techniques will enhance your success in this role.
