Job Details:

Wage: $18 to $20 per hour (Depending on Experience). These Wages Include Shared Tips ($4 to $6 more hour) on Every Check-@$6,000 to $10,000 More Per Year working @40 hours per week. Paid Every Other Friday.

Full Job Description:

The Shift Leaders are responsible and accountable for all restaurant activities while on duty. Shift Leaders work with the restaurant management team to ensure all activities are consistent with and supportive of the restaurant's business plan. Shift Leaders ensure all Team Members are performing their job responsibilities and meeting expectations in all areas of their job descriptions.

• Effectively plans, organizes, and implements all daily operational routines and activities
• Supports the goals, decisions, and directives of the restaurant management and is not insubordinate
• Serves as a role model and sets a positive example for the entire team.
• Holds employees and self accountable for the methods and processes used to achieve results .

• Ensures all labor laws (federal, state, and local) are followed
• Completes all required administrative duties and daily paperwork including required checklists
• Follows all company guidelines for food and cash controls; follows all cost control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly uses all products, supplies, and equipment facilities
• Able to establish an environment of trust to ensure honest, open, and direct communication

Schedule:

• Day Shifts (example-11 to 5,11 to 8, etc.)
• Night Shifts (example- 2 to 9, 4 to close, etc.)
• Weekends (example- 11 to 5, 11 to 8, 2 to 9, 4 to close, etc.)
• Holidays shifts will vary)
