Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare food items efficiently and according to quality standards, maintaining proper food handling and sanitation practices
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and quickly
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring the restaurant environment adheres to sanitation standards
• Assist with food safety protocols, inventory management, and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Experience in cashiering, serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store is advantageous
