Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic quick service restaurant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where excellent customer service, food preparation, and teamwork are essential. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, strong multitasking skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting other team members during busy periods.
• Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Follow all sanitation procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation or working in a quick service & fast food restaurant environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cashiering experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
