Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is a fast-casual concept that serves custom-built artisanal pizzas at freakishly fast speeds. Already a hit in Southern California with lines out the door, Blaze Pizza is hiring in Ontario.

Blaze Pizza uses an interactive service format that allows guests to create custom artisanal pizzas at lightning fast speed -- for under $14.00 each.

We are looking for talented General Manager to join our team.

The General Manager works as the leader of the restaurant management team. The General Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the restaurant while adhering to the company’s operational standards.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Manages all areas of the operations which includes on the spot decision making, supporting the staff, interaction with our guests, ensuring that the guest’s needs are our main focus while always finding a way to say “yes” to our guests.

· Reviews staffing levels and updates hiring needs according to trends, season, and holidays.

· Ensures proper staffing levels by recruiting, interviewing and hiring talented team members.

· Manages and meets a budget and cost controls to increase revenue and profitability.

· Manages and participates in local restaurant marketing, sales building, and community involvement.

· Monitors purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling, and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion, and standards are met.

· Organizes and directs training programs within the restaurant following the Blaze Training Method.

· Maintains spotlessly clean and safe restaurant at all times.

· Ensures highest quality levels of products and guest service.

· Possesses a strong understanding of all restaurant systems and operations.

· Role models and sets a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business and personnel practices.

Education/Training:

· High School Degree or Equivalent required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· 3-5 years restaurant management experience and 2-3 years as a General Manager.

· Proven track record in successfully training and developing people.

· Desire to lead, coach and mentor.

· Able to work flexible hours based on the needs of the restaurant.

· Ability to work in a team environment.

· Excellent communication and writing skills.

· Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

· Excellent organizational skills and detailed oriented.

· Self-starter, self-sufficient, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
