Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Take customer orders accurately using a cash register or POS system.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, answer questions about drink offerings, and make recommendations.
• Monitor customer consumption to ensure responsible serving practices.
• Assist with banquet or catering events as needed, including setting up bars and serving drinks.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures.

Skills

• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Proficient with cash registers and POS systems for efficient order processing.
• Strong knowledge of the food industry, including beverage preparation techniques.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating drink recipes.
• Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
