Your Responsibilities:

As a Blaze Shift Leader, you’ll lead the way in creating a vibrant, team-driven, guest-first culture by:

• Guiding team members to build pizzas with passion and consistency
• Running the line, register, or oven with confidence and speed
• Ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a reason to come back
• Overseeing food prep, stocking, and cleanliness to keep operations smooth
• Upholding all cash handling procedures with integrity and accuracy
• Maintaining a restaurant that’s clean, organized, and on-brand
• Jumping in wherever needed and being the go-to leader on the floor
• Coaching in the moment and cultivating a culture of teamwork and positivity

Blaze Pizza, LLC, headquartered in Pasadena, CA, recently named “2017’s #1 Brand of the Year” in the Fast-Casual Top 100, is a fast-growing chain operating over 300 restaurants in 42 states, Canada, and Kuwait. Known for its chef-driven recipes, thoughtful interior design, and a service culture that celebrates individuality, Blaze Pizza is seeking a General Manager for their company-owned restaurants. This position that will play an integral role in contributing to the success of the restaurant, guest experiences, food safety, product quality and operations excellence. Founded by Elise and Rick Wetzel (co-founder of Wetzel’s Pretzels), Blaze Pizza is backed by private equity firm Brentwood Associates and founding investors that include LeBron James, Maria Shriver, movie producer John Davis and Boston Red Sox co-owner Tom Werner.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 / hour
